Situated mid-way between London and Brighton, take advantage of wide open spaces and energising fresh air for your next team-building event, with ample space to grow should your plans extend.

Book an outdoor event zone in conjunction with a meeting or banqueting room and let our experienced team provide mouth-watering menus and excellent service for a motivational, fun and inspiring function.

With 150 acres of grounds, tarmac internal roads, ample free car parking and multiple site access, large or small events can be accommodated at any time of year. Wet weather options for activities and indoor dining are available for up to 800 guests.

Consider our centre a blank canvas on which to create the ultimate bespoke event

Indoor and outdoor activity packages are available for half or full days in association with our expert team building partners: Altitude Events, Wild Goose Events, Teambuilding4U and KDM Events.

Our team-building day packages include a choice of five indoor or outdoor activities, a meeting room and classic finger buffet lunch or barbecue. Prices start from £69.00 + VAT per person (based on a minimum of 100 participants).

Alternatively, interactive team challenges, sporting, leisure and mindfulness tasks can be arranged to suit your group size, budget and specific requirements. Leadership training can also be factored into event planning to help achieve specific goals and desired outcomes.

For overnight stay requirements there is a wide choice of local hotels, guest houses and B&Bs available, or book our on-site dormitory accommodation, or camping pitches with nearby shower and toilet facilities. Glamping tent hire options are also available upon request.

As a conference centre, the showground at Ardingly has always delivered a first class service. The venue is large and provides sufficient car-parking spaces. Being in the centre of Sussex - its easily accessible - no matter what direction you are coming from. The conference facilities are clean, spacious and elevated overlooking the grounds. The catering is exquisite and always served at the appropriate time. I would highly recommend this venue to those that run seminars, training days or management meetings.
